We act as an intermediary between guests and property owners, facilitating bookings and providing related services. We do not own the properties listed on our website unless explicitly stated.

Booking Terms

Inquiry Process

Submitting an inquiry through our website does not constitute a binding reservation. A booking is confirmed only when we send written confirmation and you have paid the required deposit according to the payment terms specified in that confirmation.

Pricing

All prices displayed are indicative and subject to availability. Final pricing will be confirmed in writing before you commit to a booking. Prices are quoted in Euros unless otherwise specified and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.

Payment

Payment terms vary by property and booking timeframe. Typically, a deposit of 30-50% is required to confirm a booking, with the balance due before arrival. Specific payment terms will be detailed in your booking confirmation.

Cancellation

Standard cancellation terms apply unless otherwise agreed in writing:

• Cancellation 60 or more days before arrival: Full refund minus administrative fee
• Cancellation 30-59 days before arrival: 50% of total amount retained
• Cancellation less than 30 days before arrival: No refund

We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance to protect against unforeseen circumstances.

Property Descriptions

We make every effort to ensure property descriptions and photographs are accurate. However, properties may undergo changes between updates. Minor variations from descriptions do not constitute grounds for cancellation or refund. We will notify you of any significant changes affecting your booking.

Guest Responsibilities

When using our services, you agree to:

• Provide accurate information in all communications
• Respect property rules and guidelines
• Treat the property and its contents with care
• Report any damage or issues promptly
• Vacate the property at the agreed time
• Not exceed the maximum occupancy stated for the property
• Not use the property for commercial purposes unless agreed

Security Deposits

Most properties require a security deposit to cover potential damages or excess cleaning costs. Deposits are collected before arrival and returned within 7 days of departure, less any deductions for damage, excess cleaning, or other charges incurred. Any deductions will be documented and explained.

Liability

Our Liability

As an intermediary, our liability is limited to the services we directly provide. We are not responsible for:

• Acts, omissions, or negligence of property owners
• Personal injury or property damage occurring at rental properties
• Events beyond our reasonable control (force majeure)
• Loss of enjoyment due to circumstances we could not foresee

Where liable, our maximum liability is limited to the booking fees paid to us, excluding amounts passed through to property owners or third parties.

Your Liability

You are liable for any damage caused by you or members of your party to rental properties. You must maintain adequate travel insurance covering personal liability, medical expenses, and trip cancellation.

Intellectual Property

All content on our website, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of Blazing Axle or our content suppliers and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from this content without our express written permission.

Third-Party Links

Our website may contain links to third-party websites. These links are provided for convenience only. We do not endorse or assume responsibility for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party websites.

Dispute Resolution

We aim to resolve any concerns promptly and fairly. If you have a complaint, please contact us in writing. We will acknowledge receipt within 48 hours and provide a substantive response within 14 days.

If we cannot resolve a dispute through direct communication, the following applies:

• These Terms are governed by Croatian law
• The courts of Split, Croatia have exclusive jurisdiction
• EU residents may also use the European Online Dispute Resolution platform

Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time by posting updated terms on our website. Changes take effect immediately upon posting. Your continued use of our website or services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms. We recommend reviewing these Terms periodically.

Severability

Entire Agreement
